four-phase member development program that uses fun team building & individual growth activities

we are the only Greek letter organization to use this extraordinary development program

new members discover leadership qualities within themselves that they never knew existed

we develop ethical leaders for society & brothers who will make an impact on their chapter, campus, and community

our chapter utilizes Phase I for our new member education program, introducing candidates to our local and international history, what it means to be a brother and Knight of Sigma Nu, among other pertinent areas

we also are beginning to implement the other phases of LEAD, those that are geared towards second and third year brothers, as well as seniors and the entire chapter as a whole -- we've participated in activities such as the Villanova Challenge Course (aka Ropes Course) that focuses on team unity and decision making
