Greek Week 2005

Led by Greek Week Chairman Matthew Bean, the Kappa Zeta Chapter of Sigma Nu had a strong showing in Greek Week this year.  Participating in every event throughout the week, the chapter utilized team work and determination in fulfilling each of its goals:  showing up, participating, and trying.

Love, honor, and truth were displayed as the chapter finished in 5th place in the overall standings.  The maximum amount of points were gained in all Spirit Point events (activities where at least 70% of the chapter must be present), such as Letter Check-In, Tug-of-War, and Can Castle

Experiencing the fun and excitement that is Skit Night, the chapter had a lot of fun with the preparation of this event.  Check out our skit from Greek Week 2005:

"Sigma Nu Salutes the Man's Man"

With as much fun as we had and by accomplishing all of our goals, the chapter looks forward to next year's Greek Week and an even better performance!

The annual Greek Awards Banquet was held today to honor those Chapters whose achievements stood out against the crowd over the past year.  This year's Sigma Nu chapter at Villanova was recognized as the Most Improved Chapter of the Year.  The Most Improved award goes to that chapter which has, overall, shown the most improvement in every aspect of fraternal life over the past year.  This award indeed shows that every Brother has contributed to the betterment of the fraternity and we are proud to accept this award.  Congratulations gentlemen, we've worked hard for this award and should be proud to receive it.
